Did you know that your body cannot burn fat if it is still running off glucose? To properly get into fat burning mode, which is called ketosis, you have to starve the body of sugar. So eat less sugar or sugar producing foods. You are already sweet enough!

Whether it’s losing weight or a personal goal, make sure you have the right people in your corner rooting for you and holding you accountable. Everyone needs an accountability partner for support.

When you are doing a ketogenic diet, it is extremely beneficial to add ACV (apple cider vinegar) and lemon water to your diet about three times a day. This will help with your potassium intake while you are burning fat. Be sure to add lemon and drink with a straw.
